Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  title due diligence

  for property acquisitions & joint ventures. Review and verify

  property documents

  and ownership records. Draft, vet & manage legal documents —

  Sale Deeds, Development & Lease Agreements, MOUs, NDAs

  , etc. Liaise with

  external advocates

  and

  legal authorities

  for opinions & clearances. Ensure

  RERA

  , municipal, and local law compliance. Support

  project approvals, registrations

  , and

  land conversions

  . Handle

  litigation, legal notices

  , and

  dispute resolution

  efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications

• LLB / LLM

  from a recognized university. Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  in

  Real Estate Law

  . Strong expertise in

  title verification, due diligence

  , and documentation.

  Proficiency in reading and writing Kannada

  is mandatory. Excellent

  drafting, negotiation, and analytical

  skills.
