About Legal Job Opportunity at Samvād: Partners
Samvād: Partners is hiring an experienced professional for the position of
Associate / Senior Associate
in its
Dispute Resolution / Litigation / Arbitration
practice group. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Eligibility Criteria / Qualification
- Experience: 4+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation, dispute resolution, and/or arbitration.
- Skills: Strong drafting, research, and client management skills.
- Advocacy: Prior experience appearing before courts, tribunals, or arbitral forums will be an advantage.
- Attributes: Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills; commitment to professional excellence and high ethical standards.
Practice Areas
- Civil and Commercial Litigation
- Domestic and International Arbitration
- Dispute Resolution Strategy and Advisory
Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, written submissions, arbitration statements, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare briefs, memos, and case analyses.
- Assist in preparing for and attending hearings before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and regulatory authorities.
- Support partners and senior associates in developing dispute resolution strategies.
- Manage timelines, filings, and case documentation efficiently.
