Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Legal Intern, located in Noida. The Legal Intern will assist in preparing legal documents, conducting research on legal issues, and providing legal consulting support. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing agreements, communicating with internal and external stakeholders on legal matters, and supporting the legal team in day-to-day operations. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a professional legal environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of foundational legal concepts including Law and Legal Issues
• Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal information
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
