About Role

We are seeking a Legal Intern to support our legal operations team. The role will focus on maintaining legal documentation with strong use of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update contract and compliance trackers using Excel.
• Assist in reviewing and organizing contracts, NDAs, and legal agreements.
• Help prepare and maintain legal documentation and process records.
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate level).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
