Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Company Secretary, located in Chandigarh. The responsibilities include managing the company's statutory requirements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, maintaining corporate records, drafting and reviewing company documents, and coordinating with stakeholders. The Assistant Company Secretary will also assist in governance practices, board meetings, and liaise with government authorities as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in corporate compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Skills in preparing and maintaining corporate records, including board meeting documentation and resolutions.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing company documents and legal filings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and authorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field; additional qualifications or certifications in company secretariat practices are a plus.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
