Role Overview

Legal & Compliance Intern

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize company records (board minutes, shareholder docs, filings).

• Support contract review and management (NDAs, customer/vendor agreements).

AI-related regulations, privacy laws

• Support preparation of compliance policies (e.g., SOC 2, data security frameworks).

• Help organize due diligence materials for investors and fundraising.

Qualifications

• Graduate in law, paralegal studies, business, or related field.

• Interest in legal compliance, contracts, and government regulations.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
