Role Overview

We are seeking a Legal & Compliance Intern to support our legal, compliance, and operations functions. Youll gain valuable exposure to startup governance, SaaS contracts, and the evolving AI regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

Maintain and organize corporate records and contracts.

Support review and management of NDAs, vendor/customer agreements.

Research compliance and regulatory updates (AI, SaaS, data privacy).

Assist with privacy/security compliance (SOC 2 preparation, policies).

Prepare due diligence materials for investors.

Collaborate with founders and external counsel.

Qualifications

Current student or recent graduate in law, paralegal studies, business, or related field.

Strong organizational and research skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Interest in technology, SaaS, or AI.

Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
