In this role, you will assist with corporate governance, government filings, contract management, and compliance research . This is a paid internship with flexible hours. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with the founding team and external legal counsel. Responsibilities • Maintain and organize company records (board minutes, shareholder docs, filings). • Support contract review and management (NDAs, customer/vendor agreements). • Assist with regulatory filings and government documentation. • Conduct research on AI-related regulations, privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), and FTC/SEC guidance. • Support preparation of compliance policies (e.g., SOC 2, data security frameworks). • Help organize due diligence materials for investors and fundraising. Qualifications • Graduate in law, paralegal studies, business, or related field. • Interest in legal compliance, contracts, and government regulations. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
