Company : Champions Group

3 months Training then after full time.

Role : Legal Internship (Kannada)

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management:

  • Ensure timely and accurate printing of high-priority documents, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
  • Coordinate and manage the daily printing requirements, ensuring that all materials are error-free and ready for meetings, presentations, or events.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain office printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any technical issues as they arise.

File Naming & Organization:

  • Develop and implement a standardized file naming convention for both digital and physical documents.
  • Organize, classify, and archive both electronic and hard copy files in a manner that ensures quick retrieval, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
  • Regularly audit and update the filing system to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility.

Scanning & Digitization:

  • Scan physical documents and convert them into high-quality digital formats for easy sharing, storage, and retrieval.
  • Ensure that all scanned documents are named correctly, filed according to company protocols, and are stored securely in appropriate digital repositories.
  • Oversee the management and retention of digital files, ensuring compliance with privacy and legal standards.

Data Entry & Document Processing:

  • Input data from scanned or printed documents into various internal databases, ensuring consistency and accuracy in data entry.
  • Coordinate the preparation and processing of sensitive documents for distribution to stakeholders.
  • Assist with creating digital backups of important files to prevent loss of critical information.

Executive Support:

  • Provide clerical support to senior executives as needed, including preparing documents for meetings, handling correspondence, and coordinating schedules.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of documents and materials required for executive decision-making and day-to-day operations.

Confidentiality & Compliance:

  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Ensure all document management practices adhere to organizational policies, data protection laws, and compliance standards.

General Office Support:

  • Manage and coordinate other administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive office and other departments to ensure document flow and information dissemination.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    LLB
  • Language Skills:

    Must be able to

    read Kannada

    , as documents will be related to the real estate sector.
  • Personal Traits:

    • Strong work ethic and initiative.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, especially with office equipment and document management challenges.
    • High degree of professionalism and ability to interact with top-level executives, clients, and stakeholders.
