Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Head || Real Estate located in Noida. The Legal Head will oversee day-to-day legal activities, ensure compliance with real estate regulations, manage property-related legal issues, and support commercial real estate transactions. The role involves working closely with other departments to provide legal guidance, drafting and reviewing contracts, and facilitating facility management (FM).

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance and Commercial Real Estate
• Proficiency in Property Management and Facility Management (FM)
• In-depth knowledge of Real Estate laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Prior experience in a leadership role in the real estate sector is a plus
