Minimum requirements

1) 1-3 years of experience in contract drafting and basic legal operations. 2) Familiarity with Indian contract law and corporate legal processes. 3) Comfortable working cross-functionally with business, HR and finance teams. 4) Strong attention to detail and time management skills. 5) Eager to work in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Draft and review basic contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements, employment contracts, etc.). 2) Ensure contracts adhere to company templates and commercial terms. 3) Coordinate with internal stakeholders to capture key terms and protect business interests. 4) Maintain contract trackers and ensure documentation is properly organized. 5) Assist in basic legal research and compliance-related tasks when needed.
