Job Description

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Visiting Schools:
Conduct regular visits to schools to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth communication with clients.
Address any legal or contractual issues, ensuring the school's compliance with applicable laws and agreements.
Retention and Client Relationship Management:
Manage long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies for client retention, focusing on fostering trust and resolving any disputes or concerns efficiently.
Negotiation, Collections, and Recovery:
Negotiate with clients on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
Handle
collections and recovery
processes, working to recover overdue amounts while maintaining a positive client relationship.
Develop and implement effective strategies for reducing outstanding debts and improving financial outcomes.
Coordination with Advocates for Legal Cases:
Collaborate with legal teams and advocates to manage legal cases related to the company's interests.
Work with advocates to prepare legal documentation, attend legal hearings, and ensure that all legal actions are executed effectively.
Court Visits:
Attend court hearings and proceedings related to legal cases, representing the company's interests.
Monitor the progress of legal cases and provide regular updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate in
Law
, such as a
Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB)
or a
Graduate Diploma in Law
.
Experience:
Experience in legal management, client relations, and collections is preferred.
