Responsibilities : Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and more. Provide sound legal advice to stakeholders and management on contractual obligations, risks, and compliance. Ensure legal compliance in all business operations and processes. Maintain and update contract templates and other legal documentation. Liaise with external legal advisors when required. Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations and ensure compliance. Assist in dispute resolution and manage potential legal risks. Qualifications : LLB from a reputable institution. 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in contract management and general corporate law. Strong understanding of Indian contract law, corporate law, and compliance regulations. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Required Skills : High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams. Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude to address legal challenges.
