Profile : Legal Consultant
Education: LLB/LLM
Experience : 1-3 yrs

Keyskills Required:

• Drafting and vetting of legal documents, notices, and replies.
• Issuing legal notices for IPR infringement, employment breaches, non-payment, and related disputes.
• Handling end-to-end litigation, including cheque dishonour, recovery suits, copyright matters, and other cases drafting, filing, representation, hearings, and execution.
• Advising the company on legal strategy, remedies, and course of action.
• Acting to protect the company’s legal and business interests.
• Reviewing judgments and advising on petitions/applications before competent authorities.
• Providing legal opinions to the company and its subsidiaries.
• Identifying, framing, and resolving legal issues.
