Experience : 0 to 1 year Key Responsibilities: Craft creative and effective digital designs for eCommerce. Implement and maintain UI best practices for scalable, innovative designs. Advocate for user-centered design with a strategic roadmap. Develop and enhance Design Systems across brands. Collaborate with development teams to guide and validate designs. Preferred Skills and Experiences: Any Bachelor's Degree + UI/UX course Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar, and Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus. Excellent knowledge of Prototyping, wire framing, mockups preparing user flows, and designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components Creating original graphic designs. Knowledge of responsive design, design systems, and mobile application design. Excellent visual design skills and you pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics (typography, color, layout, and iconography.) Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions and the ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams(Developers, Marketing team).
