Legal Consultant

The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and guidance to businesses on a range of corporate law matters, including contract review, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and regulatory issues, by analyzing legal risks, drafting documents, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure business operations align with legal requirements and mitigate potential legal risks. You will be responsible for offering support and legal advice to clients on corporate law, tax law, intellectual property law, and other areas of expertise. This will involve preparing and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and deeds, advising on legal risks associated with business transactions and proposed courses of action, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop legal strategies that align with business objectives. It is vital to stay up to date on legal developments and advise clients of new laws and regulations that may impact their business. The successful candidate should possess a law degree from an accredited law school and have a minimum of 3-4 years of legal experience, including experience in-house or at a law firm. Experience in advising commercial transactions and regulatory matters is essential, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
