• Legal Acumen -

  Strong understanding of corporate, contractual, and employment laws

• Drafting & Vetting -

  Proficiency in drafting contracts, agreements, and policy documents

• Compliance Awareness -

  Knowledge of local/state/central and sectoral regulations

• Secretarial Practice-

  Familiarity with statutory record-keeping and ROC filings

• Communication -

  Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders

• Documentation -

  Strong command over MS Word, Excel, and legal correspondence

Responsibilites

Legal Advisory

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and vet contracts, policies, NDAs, MoUs, and internal memos
• Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
• Monitor updates in legal frameworks and suggest business-aligned changes

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure the company's adherence to applicable laws and internal compliance policies
• Support HR/legal documentation for onboarding, disciplinary, and termination cases
• Drive regulatory and statutory compliance, including labour and IT laws

Company Secretarial

• Maintain statutory registers and secretarial records
• Ensure timely filing with regulatory bodies (e.g., MCA/ROC)
• Coordinate shareholder communications, annual filings, and audit compliance

Qualifications
