Our Client: Our Client is an aviation leader Employment type: 12 months secondment Location: Gurugram Workplace type: On-site Responsibilities: Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Providing strong contracting and legal support to ensure the highest legal standards are met in all aspects of the business A strong understanding of the local laws relevant to the company Excellent drafting and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to write with precision and clarity Draft and negotiate complex vendor contracts for the company Manage and respond to requests for legal support from internal stakeholders Provide general legal advice and support to multiple business areas. Candidate Profile: An Ideal Candidate will have the following: Law degree (LL.B. or higher) from a top law university, with demonstrated excellent academic performance 6- 8 years’ work experience at a law firm working on transactions, corporate advisory and in-house legal experience Experience negotiating complex commercial contracts with multi-national companies Strong commercial instincts and excellent business collaboration and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical skills; independent and goal-oriented working style An open, flexible, team-oriented approach with good communication skills Ability to cope with a fast paced and high-pressure environment
