Legal Counsel

This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts, responding to legal notices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires expertise in consumer protection law, intellectual property, and corporate laws

Benefits

Bachelor of Laws from a recognized university in India
4 to 7 years of work experience post qualification

What you will Do?

Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts to protect organizational interests
Respond to legal notices from regulatory authorities in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and guidance
Conduct legal reviews of marketing and training materials
Issue legal notices to various parties as required

Your Skills

Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation with sharp legal knowledge
Ability to make independent decisions and work with senior leadership
Strong written and oral communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
Ability to prioritize requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and high integrity
