Legal Counsel

This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts, responding to legal notices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires expertise in consumer protection law, intellectual property, and corporate laws

• 4 to 7 years of work experience post qualification

What you will Do?

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts to protect organizational interests
• Respond to legal notices from regulatory authorities in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and guidance
• Conduct legal reviews of marketing and training materials
• Issue legal notices to various parties as required

• Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation with sharp legal knowledge
• Ability to make independent decisions and work with senior leadership
• Strong written and oral communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
• Ability to prioritize requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high integrity
