Job Description :
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters affecting the company.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to the agri-tech and AI sectors.
- Advise management on legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential exposure.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and coordinate with external counsel when required.
- Oversee matters related to intellectual property, licensing, and data protection.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments that may impact business operations.
- Establish and maintain standard legal templates, compliance checklists, and policies.
