Legal Case Manager

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Case Managers. In this role, you will be the linchpin in facilitating effective communication and coordination among all parties involved in dispute resolution processes. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring a smoother, faster, and more efficient resolution of cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management:

  Oversee and manage the lifecycle of multiple cases, from initiation to resolution.

• Communication Facilitation:

  Act as the primary point of contact for parties involved, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the dispute resolution process.

• Document Handling:

  Manage and organize case-related documents, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

• Platform Navigation:

  Assist parties in navigating our online dispute resolution platform, addressing any technical queries or difficulties.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with our legal and tech teams to continuously improve the dispute resolution process.

• Reporting:

  Regularly update case status and prepare reports for internal review.

• Feedback Collection:

  Gather feedback from users to enhance the user experience and contribute to system improvements.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning new software and platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of similar experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
