Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in New Delhi, for a Legal Associate. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, analyzing case-related information, and addressing a wide range of legal matters including litigations. The Legal Associate will also collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to provide seamless legal counsel and representation.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Law and a detailed understanding of Legal Issues
• Skills in Court represntation, Legal Document Preparation and the ability to draft legal agreements, contracts, and other documents
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating cases, policies, and evidence
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
• Sound knowledge of Indian laws and court procedures
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Prior experience in corporate legal advisory or litigation is a plus
