Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, based in New Delhi, for a Legal Associate. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, analyzing case-related information, and addressing a wide range of legal matters including litigations. The Legal Associate will also collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to provide seamless legal counsel and representation. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Law and a detailed understanding of Legal Issues Skills in Court represntation, Legal Document Preparation and the ability to draft legal agreements, contracts, and other documents Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating cases, policies, and evidence Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification Sound knowledge of Indian laws and court procedures Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Prior experience in corporate legal advisory or litigation is a plus
