Legal Associate


Key Responsibilities:

  • Archiving & Record Management:

    Maintain and archive notices, hearing details, and case files for Omax and associate company cases.
  • Coordination with Advocates:

    Liaise with external advocates to complete and maintain updated case files in the Omax office.
  • Court Visits & Case Updates:

    Attend court hearings as per scheduled dates. Provide daily hearing updates to the management team.
  • Scheduling & Communication:

    Circulate monthly hearing schedules. Send calendar invitations for all hearing dates to the Management Team.
  • Drafting & Documentation:

    Prepare drafts of legal notices, agreements, and related documents. Coordinate with relevant advocates for vetting and finalization of drafts.

  • Strong understanding of labour laws and corporate legal procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive approach and willingness to visit courts and coordinate with legal teams.
