We specialize in settlements, legal negotiations, with a mission to deliver fast, fair, and effective outcomes.  Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to support our legal team. This role offers hands-on experience in legal research, documentation, and the settlement process. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries. Draft and review contracts, notices, and other legal documents. Coordinate with clients, counterparties, and external counsels. Assist in case preparation, document verification, and compliance checks. Participate in client consultations Arbitration, mediation and other ADR discussions. Stay updated with relevant laws, amendments, and case precedents. Provide paralegal and administrative support to senior associates and support to clients. Requirements Law student (LL.B. or equivalent) or recent graduate Strong legal writing and research skills Organized and detail-oriented; good time management Interest in dispute resolution or settlement law preferred Excellent drafting, communication, and research skills Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and legal research databases.
