Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Assistant Lawyer to support our compliance and legal consulting mandates. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of corporate, and regulatory laws, along with strong drafting and research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing legal documents, compliance reports, and contracts.
• Support clients on statutory filings, labor law compliance, and corporate governance matters.
• Conduct legal research and update internal teams on regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for documentation, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain accurate legal records and assist in policy development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution; LL.M. preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, company law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic legal research tools.
