Legal Advisor

As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance and support on a wide range of matters to ensure the organization's operations are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing legal advice and support to management and various departments. - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. - Ensuring the company complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. - Advising on corporate governance, regulatory issues, intellectual property, employment law, and other legal topics. - Liaising with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed. - Managing and resolving legal disputes and litigation, including preparing legal documents and representing the organization in hearings if necessary. - Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with legislative changes. - Assisting in developing internal policies and procedures to minimize legal risk. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); a Master's degree or Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred. - License to practice law. - 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in high court. - Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and contract law. - Excellent analytical, research, and negotiation skills. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
