Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identifying and attracting prospective Tenants. Negotiate leasing terms and Agreements. Developing and maintaining relationships with Tenants. Designing Leasing strategies to optimize tenant mix. Filling vacancies promptly Conducting Market research and competitor analysis. Drafting and managing lease agreements. Monitoring Tenant performance . Ensuring timely collection of payments. Collaborating and coordinating with marketing & operations Teams. Preparing leasing activity Reports. Ensuring compliance with legal standards. Handling Tennant Grievances and disputes. Staying updated on retail trends. Maximizing mall revenue. Managing Tenant turnover and Exit formalities. Preferred candidate profile Minimum Experience 3 - 7 years of experience in retail industry; with at least 3 years in leasing. Perks and benefits
