Leasing Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Source tenants/buyers through various channels - Manage all leasing activities for a property or real estate portfolio - Develop comprehensive leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income - Analyze market trends and competitor activities - Cultivate positive relationships with existing and potential tenants - Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly - Coordinate tenant retention initiatives to minimize vacancies and turnover - Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants ensuring compliance with legal requirements - Collaborate with legal counsel to finalize lease documents - Monitor rent collection and address arrears to maintain tenant satisfaction - Prepare leasing budgets and forecasts, track performance, and generate reports - Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure well-maintained properties - Provide recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and insights Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in property leasing transactions - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Graduates or postgraduates Additional Details: Gera Developments Pvt Ltd has been recognized as one of the top 10 Mid-size Organizations consistently for six consecutive times in the Great Places to Work Mid-Size Companies.
