Job Title: Assistant Manager – Leasing Location: Spectrum Metro, Noida Department: Leasing About Spectrum Metro: Spectrum Metro is one of the most prominent commercial projects in Noida, offering premium retail, office, entertainment, and hospitality spaces. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and engage potential tenants/brands for leasing retail and commercial spaces. Assist in negotiating lease terms, rental agreements, and other commercial terms. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants. Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for documentation and smooth execution of agreements. Conduct regular market research to track leasing trends, rental values, and competitor activities. Support in developing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Handle client queries, site visits, and presentations. Requirements: Any Graduate Graduation Real Estate will be preferred. 2 - 3 years of experience in leasing, preferably in commercial real estate/retail. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good understanding of retail and commercial leasing practices. Ability to build long-term client relationships and achieve leasing targets. Proficiency in MS Office.
