Learning & Skills Delivery Trainer

The Learning & Skills Delivery Trainer role is crucial in facilitating the execution of leading learning experiences by delivering high-quality curriculums and engaging learning resources and activities. You will collaborate with Learning teams to engage BT Group's audiences with curriculums and training initiatives. Your responsibilities will include delivering learning solutions to enhance organizational capability and learner experience, supporting the design and delivery of effective training solutions aligned with the BT Group's learning strategy. You will gather feedback from training participants to contribute to curriculum review and enhancement, focusing on learning outcomes, satisfaction, continuation, attainment, and progression. By conducting exercises and workshops, you will deliver engaging learning activities at various levels within the organization. Ensuring the delivery of valid assessments, you will give participants the opportunity to demonstrate the attainment of module and program learning outcomes. Additionally, you will partner with learning teams to develop programs, curriculum, and training that support career progression outcomes for associates, all while executing within standardized procedures to achieve the objectives and vision of the Learning & Skills team. To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate expertise in learner engagement, blended learning, facilitating learning delivery, digital learning design, learning technologies, learning evaluation, decision-making, learning design, growth mindset, coaching, learning needs analysis, training needs analysis, inclusive leadership, and people strategy.
