What would you do? Faculty & Learner Experience - Meeting Organizer:Provides pre-session and post session support for Virtual Training Sessions. The host s focus is primarily assisting the faculty by helping guide and manage the delivery of the course. The host will require detailed knowledge of both the functional delivery of the course as well as to be able to troubleshoot technical issues they might experience with the help of the Tech Support resource. Conduct Dry run or Standalone for the SessionsSession ReadinessSupport Trainings as per the Business RequirementManage all types of Virtual Training Review Session Requirement or Delivery GuideResolve Faculty and Learners Queries ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintainedProvide dedicated support in a proactive manner on assigned virtual sessions, being available for assistance throughout the duration of such sessionsActively manage Leaner expectations and monitor satisfactionEscalate appropriate issues to Learning Products Support according to current agreed-upon standards and processes in a timely mannerOn the day no training assigned to support. Available hours to utilized as per the process Play an advisory role while hosting the session. Develop deep understanding of the customers business objective and expectations for the program
