Job Description

Senior Associate, Learning & Development
As a key member of the JLL Business Services (JBS) Learning & Development (L&D) team, this role will ensure robust employee upskilling and development through targeted learning experiences designed to meet the needs of Operations professionals. A key part of this role includes facilitating learning programs, ensuring high quality L&D data, and ensuring a consistent experience of our programs and products.
Learning and Development Specialist Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate interactive in-person
  • Regularly assess, evaluate, monitor, and track the effectiveness and success of training programs.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and content.
  • Manage the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure it aligns with the organizations requirements and effectively supports learning and development initiatives.
  • Efficiently collect training data and ensure the accuracy of numbers recorded in training reports and files for effective data management and reporting.
  • Provide regular feedback to participants and management regarding the outcomes and impact of training programs.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to employees as part of their professional development initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 10-12 years of related experience
  • Training and Facilitation Skills Proficient in designing and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities, and the ability to adapt training methods to meet different learning styles and needs.
  • Principles of Adult Learning
  • Instructional Design
  • Needs Assessment Ability to conduct comprehensive training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps, performance improvement areas, and learning requirements for diverse groups.
  • Project Management Proficiency in project management methodologies to plan, organize, and execute learning and development initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders expectations.
  • Data Analysis and Evaluation Collect and analyze training data, measure the effectiveness of learning programs, evaluate learner performance, and data-driven decisions to enhance training outcomes.
Experience and technical skills
  • English Proficiency:
    • Candidates must have strong command on English Language to facilitate communication and learning sessions effectively.
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge:
    • Proficiency in tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is vital for managing data, creating presentations, and facilitating training modules.
  • Basic Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS):
    • This will help in creating and delivering Learning courses and tracking the progress of our teams.
  • Collaborative Skills:
    • The specialty to work harmoniously with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring alignment and mutual support.
  • Relationship Building Skills:
    • Essential for developing and maintaining positive rapport with team members and stakeholders, fostering a successful learning environment.
  • Business Acumen:
    • An understanding of business operations that will be key in delivering training and development initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Adaptability and Continuous Learning Readiness to adapt to evolving learning needs and technologies, and a commitment to staying updated with industry advancements, best practices, and emerging trends in learning and development.
  • Organizational and Analytical Skills Manage multiple training programs, prioritize tasks, and handle administrative responsibilities effectively. Analytical skills are needed to assess training impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Relationship Building Effectively interact with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and learners to build strong relationships necessary for successful collaboration.
