Learning & Development Executive

As a dynamic and experienced L&D Trainer at Healthlicious Basil Foodtech Pvt. Ltd., your role will be crucial in enhancing staff skills and ensuring consistent quality and service standards across all 30 outlets in Delhi NCR. You will be responsible for the following: - Conducting Classroom Training (CRT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for both new and existing staff members. - Delivering refresher training sessions to facilitate continuous improvement and skill enhancement. - Evaluating staff performance through assessments, feedback, and observation during training sessions. - Developing, updating, and maintaining training content, materials, and SOPs tailored specifically to the needs of QSR operations. - Providing hands-on training and support at Basil outlets across Delhi NCR as required. - Collaborating with outlet managers to identify training gaps and implement effective learning solutions. - Engaging regularly with new joiners to provide support, address challenges, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Qualifications Required: - A minimum of 1 year of experience as a trainer in the QSR/F&B industry. - Strong understanding of QSR operations, customer service, food safety, and hygiene standards. - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create engaging, practical, and results-oriented training content. - Willingness to travel to various locations within Delhi NCR for on-site training.
