To be successful as a "Business Management and Learning Analyst", you should have experience with:

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

• Experience of the learning and development lifecycle (identifying a need, design, delivery and quality checking).
• Effective communication skills both verbally and written.
• Understanding of project management.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Knowledge of mandatory training and regulatory requirements.
• Experience of the Enterprise risk management framework, Compliance risk management Framework, control framework or similar.
• Be “tech savvy” interested by the opportunities technology provides for quality, efficiency, automation, and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a virtual team across multiple locations and time zones.
• Confident when dealing with senior stakeholders and providing challenge when needed.
• Analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills.
