Role Definition Designs, implements, and evaluates learning and development courses or programs. What You Will Do: • Assisting in determining the learning needs of an organization's employees for identified professional and organizational development objectives. • Designing course curricula, selecting suitable training platforms and vendors for effective delivery. • Developing learning course or program communications, arranging logistics, and ensuring proper documentation for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. • Delivering of training sessions to maintain the focus on the business-identified learning objectives while ensuring an adult learner-centric approach. • Collaborating with others to design and implement training assessments on effectiveness application of learning; conducting assessments; and preparing evaluation reports. • Coordinate with L& D COE /Division for driving leadership training programs • Play the role of Communicator for BCP India, working with leaders and stakeholders • Plan employee and employment brand advocacy • Drive the Employee recognition process Degree Requirement Postgraduate in HR or equivalent experience desired Skill Descriptors Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Training Needs Analysis: Knowledge of tools, techniques and methods of training needs analyses; ability to identify what people need to learn for successful individual and organizational performance. Level Working Knowledge: • Provides feedback for the improvement of training needs collection methods. • Participates in training suitability analysis for different levels in the organization. • Selects appropriate tools and techniques to evaluate the gap between existing and expected performance. • Defines key learning objectives for training sessions. • Assesses training needs for employees within the organization. Training Solution Development: Knowledge of training solution development procedures, tools and techniques; ability to utilize the knowledge for developing a solution to stated training needs. Level Working Knowledge: • Monitors training solution development in all phases of the training life cycle. • Participates in developing a training solution for a documented need. • Selects appropriate tools and techniques to develop training solutions. • Analyzes successful examples of training solutions development. • Assists in evaluating training development costs. Training Technologies: Knowledge of training tools and techniques; ability to utilize software, technologies and applications for the creation and development of training programs and processes. Level Working Knowledge: • Assists in the installation, configuration and support of training software. • Selects software and hardware infrastructure to develop training processes. • Uses specific technologies to develop and deliver training programs. • Resolves training software and hardware connectivity and integration problems. • Maintains e-learning systems to ensure the operation of online training programs.
