This role will design and implement training initiatives that support professional growth, enhance performance, and prepare our workforce for the future.
Qualifications: Minimum Six years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development. Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end training programs. Strong understanding of AI trends, Excellent communication, Ability to assess training needs, analyze performance data, and adapt programs accordingly.
