Lean Manager in MNC

Urgent Required Lean Manager in MNC for Chakan Pune location.

Required Qualification: BE/ MBA

Required Experience: 7 Yrs. to 15 Yrs. from automotive industry.

Role & responsibilities

-MTM, VA-NVA analysis to optimize process efficiency across all production lines (Paint, Assembly & logistics)

Lean center coordinator- Lean manufacturing initiatives, driving team productivity and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Led new project, 3P, Pre RFQ, Model Facelift, launch workshops & LTF audits ensuring timely and successful project rollouts.

Strategies (short & long term) for manpower calculations and production planning aligned with business requirements and varying production volumes.

Perform capacity studies. Identify Bottlenecks. Resolve constraints to improve JPH (Jobs per Hour) output.

Evaluated ECN and PCRN to ensure seamless integration of modifications.

Coordinate digitization projects for all shop process improvement.

Led benchmarking initiatives with group plants, exchange of best practices.

Organized annual Kaizen events to foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive operational enhancements.

Moderated Continuous Improvement Process (KVP), VSM,3P, Anlauf, Pre RFQ, FMEA, leading to manpower savings, ergonomic improvements. Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, commissioning, and successful delivery of key projects.

Budget Controller- Planning and managing budgets, ensuring 100% utilization and adherence to financial targets.(Overhead, Investment & launch budget)

Prepared detailed management reports, including business cases and decision reports.

Preferred Candidate:

- 7 Yrs. to 15 Yrs. from automotive industry with certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.
