Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lean Agile Coach based in Chennai, with opportunities for some remote work. The Lean Agile Coach will support the implementation and improvement of Agile practices and Lean principles across various teams. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching team members on best practices, identifying process improvement opportunities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Lean Agile Coach will also work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless Agile transitions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Agile project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or similar are beneficial
