About the Role:

dynamic and creative Talent Acquisition Lead / Team Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end

    Talent Acquisition operations

    for defined business units.
  • Develop and implement

    employer branding strategies

    to enhance visibility across digital and offline platforms.
  • Design impactful

    PPT decks, recruitment presentations, and leadership review materials

    .
  • Plan and execute

    recruitment marketing campaigns

    on job portals, LinkedIn, and other digital media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create

    branded hiring content

    (videos, posts, reels, infographics, and blogs).
  • Partner with placement officers and institutes for

    campus branding and hiring initiatives

    .
  • Analyze

    talent market trends, hiring analytics, and competitor branding

    to improve sourcing effectiveness.
  • Manage a small team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure hiring SLAs, TATs, and quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in

    HR, Marketing, or Communications

    .
  • 2–6 years of experience

    in

    Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, or Employer Branding

    roles.
  • Excellent command over

    PowerPoint, Canva, and MS Excel

    .
  • Proficiency in

    social media campaigns

    ,

    SEO-driven recruitment content

    , and

    job board marketing

    .
  • Exceptional

    communication, presentation, and stakeholder management

    skills.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team will be an added advantage.

Good to Have:

  • MBA / PGDM from a

    B-School

    with strong academics.
  • Exposure to

    digital recruitment campaigns

    or

    creative brand management

    in a corporate or BPO setup.
  • Prior experience in

    US Healthcare / shared services

    talent hiring.
