Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leadership Team Member based in Mumbai. The role includes overseeing strategic initiatives, managing end-to-end project operations, leading cross-functional teams, devising and executing innovative solutions, and fostering client and partner relationships. The team member will drive business goals, ensure operational excellence, and help position the organization as a key player in the real estate industry.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Deep understanding of the real estate market, including project marketing, leasing, and investment strategies
• Effective communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in strategic planning, operations management, and problem-solving
• Ability to leverage technology for efficiency and improve business processes
• Experience in real estate, business development, or related fields is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is recommended
