About the Role


Leadership & Senior Talent Search Lead

This is an individual contributor role with global exposure, requiring advanced headhunting skills, strategic insight, and the ability to deliver on niche and business-critical mandates.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Senior Hiring:

    Manage full-cycle search assignments for senior leaders and specialist roles across business functions and geographies.
  • Market Mapping & Research:

    Conduct in-depth research to identify passive talent pools, organizational structures, and competitor insights.
  • Direct Sourcing:

    Apply advanced search techniques, including networking, referrals, Boolean, and social sourcing, to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement:

    Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior professionals, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Partnership:

    Act as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, providing talent insights, market intelligence, and search strategies.
  • Confidential Searches:

    Manage discreet, business-critical assignments with professionalism and integrity.
  • Talent Insights:

    Provide hiring managers with data-driven market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor intelligence to inform decisions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate or MBA in HR/Business a plus.
  • 10–12 years of experience in executive search, leadership hiring, or niche talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring senior leaders and hard-to-fill specialist roles.
  • Strong research, networking, and market mapping expertise.
  • Excellent influencing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines.
  • High levels of discretion, professionalism, and candidate care.
