Role & responsibilities

leadership and executive hiring for technology roles

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end hiring for
Director, VP, and CXO-level technology roles
.
Partner closely with business and technology leadership to understand current and future hiring needs.

Design and execute a proactive leadership hiring strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify, attract, and engage top-tier passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques, including talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive networking.
Build and maintain a strong external talent pipeline and succession plan for key leadership positions.
Work with external search partners when needed and manage those relationships effectively.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain market intelligence around leadership talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in
executive search firms
or internal leadership hiring teams in high-growth tech environments.
Exposure to hiring for global roles or working with distributed teams is an advantage.
MBA in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
