Job Title: Lead WordPress Developer
Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are hiring a Lead Developer with strong expertise in WordPress, WooCommerce, and custom plugin/theme development. This role requires hands-on experience working with U.S. clients and industries such as food and beverage (FnB), restaurants, salons, spas, bakeries, fitness centers, and other service-based businesses. You will lead the development of scalable, high-performing, and visually appealing websites aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and customization of WordPress websites using Elementor or similar
• page builders (e.g., WPBakery, Divi).
• Architect and develop custom themes and plugins based on specific business requirements.
• Set up and enhance WooCommerce stores with advanced features and integrations.
• Implement third-party service integrations using WordPress REST API.
• Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and backend teams.
• Manage code versioning and deployment workflows using Git.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients and projects.
• Proficient in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Extensive experience with Elementor and/or other major WordPress page builders.
• Solid expertise in WooCommerce customization and plugin development.
• Strong understanding of WordPress REST API, JSON, and AJAX.
• Familiar with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) or similar tools for dynamic content.
• Proficient in Git and modern development workflows.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
• Domain knowledge in sectors such as F&B, restaurants, salons, spas, bakeries, and fitness centres.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
