Job Description

As a WordPress Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to guide and manage the WordPress team effectively. You will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving website problems for both clients and co-workers. Additionally, you will be involved in building new plugins and devising innovative strategies to enhance the team's performance. Your key skills will include collaborating closely with clients to design websites and functionalities that meet their requirements. You will be proficient in developing both the front-end and back-end of websites, as well as planning and creating the website architecture. Your role will also involve designing and implementing new features and functionality, managing back-end tasks such as database and server integration, and generating WordPress themes and plugins. In this position, you will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting websites, analyzing live website performance, and maintaining website security and compliance standards. Your duties will also encompass researching technical specifications based on client inputs, training and leading a team of developers, and ensuring the overall quality of projects. A key aspect of your role will be your ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into dynamic WordPress pages seamlessly. You will be expected to troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and release new patches as necessary to improve website performance.
