Position: Graphic Designer Department: Marketing & Communications Location: Delhi Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 years Education: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field Key Responsibilities: · Assist in creating visual designs for digital and print marketing materials (social media posts, brochures, event branding, emailers, presentations, etc.). · Work closely with the marketing team to translate concepts into compelling visuals aligned with brand guidelines. · Support the design and layout of marketing collateral for events, campaigns, and corporate branding. · Edit and retouch photos and videos for use across various platforms. · Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and archives. · Adapt designs based on feedback and contribute to the evolution of brand aesthetics. Key Requirements: · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); basic knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus. · Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, typography, and layout. · Familiarity with social media content formats and specifications. · Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple tasks under tight deadlines. · Good communication and collaboration skills, with a keen interest in branding and marketing trends. · Degree or coursework in Mass Communication, Media, or related creative fields preferred.
