Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Shift: Night (US Time Zone)

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a highly driven and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our fast-paced sales team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in outbound lead generation, qualification, and deal closure. You will engage with US-based prospects and play a critical role in driving revenue growth for our organization, particularly across industries such as Software Development, Food & Beverage, Beauty & Wellness, or Health & Fitness

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound lead generation through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule product demos with decision-makers and support sales in deal closure.
  • Engage in email outreach campaigns and follow-up communication.
  • Handle initial negotiations and support closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate and updated CRM records.
  • Collaborate with inside sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
  • Mandatory experience in working with US sales processes and clients.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, email outreach, cold calling, demo scheduling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong communication, product pitching, and customer engagement skills.
  • Preferred: Background in selling to businesses, Software Development, Food & Beverage, Beauty & Wellness, or Health & Fitness
  • Prior exposure to SaaS, IT software, or E-commerce sales is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
