Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our well planning and engineering team at Reliance Industries Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in this field and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive well planning and engineering strategies to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Conduct site surveys and analyze data to determine the best course of action for well placement and construction.
Design and develop detailed engineering plans and specifications for wells, including location, depth, and equipment selection.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high-quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians on well planning and engineering matters.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Proven experience in well planning and engineering, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and procedures related to well planning and engineering.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies used in well planning and engineering.
