Job Description

Planning Director (Construction / Infrastructure) Lead end-to-end implementation of Smart Project Delivery Platform (Planning / Scheduling) for complex construction projects across India
MBA is a must for this role
Willingness to travel is a must for this role (3 Months to One Year depending on Clients Project)
Drive project execution strategies ensuring cost savings, timely delivery, and quality outcomes
Oversee planning, scheduling, monitoring, and tracking of large-scale infrastructure projects (Implementation of Smart Project Delivery Platform at clients end
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and execution teams
Implement project control systems and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Leverage technology and data-driven insights to enhance project efficiency and reduce risks
Manage client relationships and ensure alignment of deliverables with business objectives
Report project progress, risks, and performance metrics to senior management and global leadership
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all project sites
