Job Description: · Training Development: • Work closely with subject matter experts and engineers to identify backend training needs and skill gaps. • Design and develop comprehensive training programs for Frontend and Backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React JS, Java, Node.js, Spring Boot, etc.). • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, labs, exercises, and assessments. • Stay up to date on the latest backend technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into training programs. · Training Delivery: • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and virtually. • Adapt training delivery methods to cater to different learning styles and levels of experience. • Facilitate hands-on labs and workshops to reinforce learning and encourage practical application. • Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment, encouraging active participation and knowledge sharing. · Evaluation and Improvement: • Collect feedback from trainees to continuously improve training programs. • Analyze training data to measure the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and optimize training strategies. Required Skills: · 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Frontend & Backend technology stack (Java, Node.js, React.js) · Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in a corporate setting. · Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials. · Passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest technologies. · Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design principles is a plus. Qualification: · BE/B tech/MCA/MS/M Tech Experience Desired: 5 – 7 years
